Grove Hotel – A Case Study
We’ve been involved with some great projects recently both in design, build and reverse engineering, and every now and then along comes something special.
It’s always a pleasure working on projects which involve beautiful buildings, and none so finer than a job we assisted The CEL Group with. They’re historic building restoration and roofing specialists, based near Peterborough, and needed assistance with a canopy for The Grove Hotel in Watford.
Sitting in glorious surroundings, the Grove is an 18th Century mansion with an award winning spa, championship golf resort and a walled garden with urban beach.
This was a restoration project for their prestigious Pearl Entrance suite, and we created 3D CAD models and detailed drawings for the copper cladded feature.
Working to tight deadlines and exacting detail is ‘par for the course’ here at A4 Plus and that was certainly true for this project – shame we didn’t get to try out the spa for a spot of relaxation afterwards!
