A4 Plus Welcomes Shani Castle
Last week we welcomed our new Executive Assistant, Shani Castle. Now that she’s had chance to settle in, we’d like to make the introductions.
Shani has a wide range of experience across a variety of administration, training & development and marketing roles throughout her career. From helping a start-up business get off the ground, to demonstrating her creative flair as a Marketing Manager, she now gets the chance to put it all together and help ensure the A4 Plus engine runs smoothly.
Like thousands of others, Shani was in the unfortunate position of being made redundant when COVID-19 hit the scene. Whilst using this time to search for her long-term career, she decided to take on a Diploma in Interior Design, which she’s already over half way through. It’s that self-starting attitude and enthusiasm for design that we love at A4 Plus.
It’s a new role for us and vital for our growth plans – multi faceted, Shani will jumping into marketing, strategy and operations. She’ll be working closely alongside our MD, Steve Wild, who says “despite the setback of Coronavirus, we’re really excited about the future – and have lots planned. We’re starting to see some green shoots of recovery and we’re delighted Shani is joining the team at such an important time”.
Shani has a few words she’d like to share too;
“I am very excited about joining A4 Plus this year. I have ten years of professional experience behind me working alongside CEO’s, Partners and Directors in business. Now, with my creative personality and passion for design, I look forward to being part of this fantastic team and am very proud to be working for a company that holds my own personal values at its’ core.”
